Shure will be back at the IBC 2024 Show happening from the 13 to the 16 of September in Amsterdam, showcasing the new SLX-D Portable Digital Wireless Systems, MoveMic Wireless Lavalier System for creators on the go, and other audio solutions and software.
Nick Wood, senior director, global marketing and product management at Shure, said: “This is a pivotal moment for the broadcast industry, and IBC is the perfect platform to explore and discuss the latest advancements and emerging technologies. We eagerly anticipate connecting with our customers and partners to showcase our recent product launches and engage with the entertainment and broadcast community.”
The following audio solutions will be present at Shure’s booth alongside other innovative technology:
For location sound:
SLX-D Portable Digital Wireless Systems: The recently launched portable systems deliver the scalability, high-performance wireless, and RF performance of SLX-D in new and durable form factors, Shure says.
SLXD5 Portable Digital Wireless Receiver can be installed on-camera as well as in an audio bag. The SLXD3 Plug-on Digital Transmitter is designed to transform any XLR source into a wireless one, including dynamic and condenser microphones. Both are designed for film, electronic newsgathering (ENG), broadcast, and video industries.
Axient Digital ADX5D Dual-Channel Portable Wireless Receiver: As part of the Axient Digital system, ADX5D delivers superior RF performance, spectral efficiency and transparent audio quality in a portable, slot-in design, making it the ideal solution for location sound in film and broadcast.
For studio Installation:
Axient Digital Wireless Microphone System: Shure’s wireless system is designed for broadcast and live sound events. It boasts different transmitter configurations.
Microflex Advance MXA920 Ceiling Array Microphone: Shure’s most popular ceiling array microphone is designed for studio applications where there is no time to change microphones for different speakers and visible microphones should be avoided.
For content creators:
MoveMic Wireless Microphone System: MoveMic is the world’s smallest dual channel direct to phone wireless lavalier microphone system. Shure says it delivers broadcast- quality audio in an ultra-lightweight design and is ideal for content creators, videographers and mobile journalists.
Additionally, Shure will also preview ShureCloud, a unified platform for customers to monitor, manage and control Shure hardware and software in one place, including access to WWB Scan Library, integrated in Wireless Workbench (WWB), Shure’s software for audio professionals.
The Shure booth is at Hall 8 Stand 8.C32 on the IBC2024 Show floor.
