Utelogy teams up with Neat to elevate smart workspace experience

Integration of Neat Pulse API into Utelogy's connected workplace software is intended to enhance people counting, occupancy reporting and environmental monitoring

Utelogy Corporation, a provider of software for the connected workspace, has announced its integration with Neat. The collaboration leverages the Neat Pulse API for cloud integration, adding a suite of features to Utelogy’s platform aimed at optimising workplace efficiency and simplifying device management. In particular, the integration enhances people counting, occupancy reporting and environmental monitoring.

The range of features includes: Accurate people counting and occupancy insights via Neat devices, integrated into Utelogy’s platform; real-time and historic insights into environmental data, including CO2 levels, humidity, temperature, and device health; advanced control and configuration capabilities, such as remote reboot and change audio/video settings, alongside visibility into the device’s operational mode (Zoom Mode, Teams Mode).

At the heart of the integration, the companies say, lies energy savings and environmental monitoring capabilities. The Utelogy platform is equipped with real-time alerting mechanisms, enabling swift technical responses. Integration with Utelogy’s U-Automate, allows for room readiness checks, remote automation and greater sustainability.

“By combining Utelogy’s powerful analytics and control capabilities with Neat’s advanced hardware, we’re setting new standards in managing workspace technology,” said Nicole Corbin, vice president business operations, Utelogy.
