Neat has appointed Sandeep Mehra as senior vice president and general manager of international, a role in which he will drive market expansion, commercial execution and strategic partner ecosystems across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia-Pacific regions.
Mehra brings 20 years of experience across SaaS, video collaboration and enterprise technology, having scaled businesses from early-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar global operations. He spent over a decade at Cisco in senior leadership roles spanning sales, engineering and go-to-market, including serving as managing director for APAC collaboration sales, vice president of customer experience across ASEAN and Korea, and global GM for video devices based in Oslo, where he launched a range of work-from-home and Intelligent Spaces products.
Earlier in his career, Mehra co-founded India’s pioneering conferencing company, which was later acquired by Webex, and subsequently served as an executive leader at Moxtra.
The appointment forms part of Neat’s continued international growth strategy as the company builds out its leadership team across key global regions.
