Airtame launches new wireless presentation device

Airtame 3 combines screen sharing, video conferencing and digital signage capabilities for education and business environments, with zero-touch deployment and 4K support

Airtame has unveiled Airtame 3, which the company says is its most powerful device to date for wireless presentation and collaboration in classrooms and meeting spaces.

The device is designed to connect to any display via HDMI and supports Power over Ethernet (PoE+) for what the company describes as a stable, hardwired setup that enables 4K screen sharing and dual-screen functionality, allowing participants to appear on one screen while shared content displays on another.

Airtame 3 integrates with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex, enabling users to join calls and share screens without additional software. The device also includes digital signage capabilities for displaying content and alerts across shared screens.

The hardware features a zero-touch deployment option that is designed to allow IT teams to configure and ship devices before they are unboxed, which the company says can reduce rollout time. Once installed, devices register through a QR code and can be monitored, updated and troubleshot remotely in Airtame Cloud.

The device supports USB peripherals including cameras, microphones and speakers, which Airtame says streamlines hybrid setups and eliminates the need for additional PCs or AV equipment.

Jonas Gyalokay, co-founder of Airtame, said: “We’ve always believed technology in shared spaces should feel invisible – it should just work. With Airtame 3, we’ve doubled down on that promise. It’s faster, easier to deploy, and built to scale – so IT teams and end users alike can focus on what actually matters: connection and collaboration.”

Organisations can choose Airtame 3 for dedicated devices or Airtame Virtual to enable similar capabilities on existing computers. The Airtame software also comes pre-installed or can run on select devices from partners including Amazon, Neat and SMART.

Gyalokay added: “We’ve spent more than a decade working with schools and enterprises to understand what really matters in shared spaces. People want technology that fades into the background so they can concentrate on teaching, learning, and collaborating. Airtame 3 reflects that mindset. It’s powerful, reliable, and designed to make every shared screen feel effortless to use.”
