Viz-Art Automation to show product range at ISE 2015

Specialising in screens and associated equipment for home cinemas, exhibitor Viz-Art Automation will show its product range at ISE 2015.

The Uran masked electric screen is available in matt white, professional matt white and in cine grey, with aspect ratios of both 4:3 and 16:9 and screen widths from 70in to 160in.

The matt white screen is a three-layer, unity gain screen with a density of 500 grams per square metre and a light reflection angle of 150°. The professional matt white screen uses heavier material – 1,400g/sqm – and has a gain of 1.1. For movies, Viz-Art’s cine grey screen material has a gain of 0.8 but a wider reflection angle of 170°. Perforated screens are also available from the company.

The Uran masked electric screen is designed to be completely invisible when not in operation as it is installed in a ceiling void. According to the company, the tensioning system employed guarantees absolute screen flatness, while the quiet Somfy engine ensures that retraction is fast. An optional IR receiver allows for integration within an EIB (European Installation Bus) system.

Also on show is Viz-Art’s CINE-lift projector lift which complements the Uran screen in that it allows both components – projector and screen – to be hidden from view when not in use.
