Can’t decide what to see first when you come to ISE? Need some help drawing up your agenda? A new AI tool on the ISE website can help you.
On the home page, and elsewhere on iseurope.org, you’ll see a small panel where you type your company name and your job title – no other personal information is requested. A webpage is then created specifically for you, featuring a personalised introduction to ISE, explaining its relevance to you and your work. It also shows you a list of recommended content programme sessions and a list of suggested exhibitors to visit.
You can refine the results by indicating which days you plan to attend the show, or by telling the tool more about what you are looking for there.
This functionality is delivered by an AI tool called Exhibitly. This has indexed all the appropriate content on ISE website; it then searches your company website to gain context around your role.
This is just one of the ways in which ISE is adopting AI. Integrated Systems Events managing director Mike Blackman commented: “AI gives us the tools to understand our customers – both exhibitors and attendees – on a deeper level than ever before. It allows us to move from a one-size-fits-all model to one that is deeply personalised and context-aware. It empowers us to operate with greater efficiency, make smarter decisions, and, ultimately, deliver more value.”
