Clear-Com has promoted Richard Palmer to sales director for the EMEA region, following the retirement of Nicki Fisher. Palmer previously managed sales for Southern Europe and Africa, having worked for Audio-Technica and Solid State Logic before that.
“I’m delighted to be having my first run out with the EMEA team at ISE 2023,” said Palmer. “The past couple of years have been very challenging in terms of real team-time and ISE serves as a very useful focal point to reconnect and bring the team back together. ISE also serves as a perfect opportunity – very early in the year – to meet our clients, distribution partners and industry friends in an idyllic setting.”

While Fisher is retiring from the commercial aspects of the industry, she will continue in her role as chair of the board of Rise, an organisation devoted to promoting gender diversity within the media technology industry.
