Taiwanese panel semiconductor provider PanelSemi is showcasing its new 110in Active Matrix miniLED flexDisplay on the LANG stand. The display is designed with active matrix and thin film transistor (TFT) technology which removes the need for driver components to be housed on the rear of the printed circuit board, allowing for a more flexible and rollable display.
The miniLED on show at ISE is 1mm thick, with a flexible foil substrate replacing the typical printed circuit board common on passive matrix-designed displays. It has a bending radius of more than 75mm and boasts a stable and constant brightness.
