The ISE 2016 Tech Tours schedule has now been completed. These popular tours are organised to give visitors to ISE the opportunity to visit and experience some of the Netherlands’ most innovative AV installations and buildings.

For 2016 three Tech Tours have been scheduled. Some places are still available for two of the tours and anyone interested in attending should register for a ticket as soon as possible.

Confirmed Tech Tours are as follows:

Monday 8 February: The Planes@Plaza. 16:00 – 18:00
This retail shop installation at Schiphol airport uses interactive touch digital signage technology. The designers, Bitmove, will take ISE visitors behind-the-scenes showing how kiosks are used to create personalised paper planes using stamps, doodles or by adding a name. ISE exhibitors with featured technology include: iiyama International (10-R146), Logitech (9-B125).

Wednesday 10 February:NationalMilitary Museum. 9:00 – 13:00
This Tech Tour will be presented by Rapenburg Plaza, an established lighting and control integrator. Designed as a fully integrated entity, the National Military Museum uses AV technology across its expansive 20,000sqm exhibition area located in the former Soesterberg airbase (last year’s ISE Tech Tour here is pictured). It incorporates technology from the following ISE 2016 exhibitors: 7thSense Design Ltd (10-Q116); Dataton (11-F68); Digital Projection (1-F42); Kiss Box BV, Medialon (both 11-P71); Meyer Sound (1-M100); Philips (10-K136) and Vivitek (4-R55).

Tinker will define the big ideas behind DOMunder, the underground, architectural visitor experience in Domplein, Utrecht. The use of storytelling and creative use of media technology will enable an exclusive group of ISE international visitors to follow in the footsteps of pioneering archaeologists. Technology in place at DOMunder includes the following ISE exhibitors: Aten (11-N50, 5-U92), Bose (7-C172), Brightsign (8-K310, 2-A42), Christie Digital coolux (1-H70) and Panasonic (1-H20).
