A web solution for the remote management of a worldwide ecosystem of connected equipment is on show at the Highlands Technologies Solutions stand. An internet connection is all that is needed to monitor the operating status of installations through the ACTIVE Services web platform.
Personnel no longer need to head out into the field to check if on-site equipment is running; the platform enables them to understand the situation at a glance thanks to performance reports based on visualisation, including graphics and the cross-analysis of data.
ACTIVE Services allows users to receive alerts when issues arise, or when settings change because of repetitive use. Daily planned tests support the delivery of information; the frequency and validity period of tests can be manually set up, with alerts notifying the user of the expiration of test validity.
With one click, connected tools can be geo-tracked on a virtual map and users can take control remotely to adjust parameters and set issues with VNC, SSH and HTTP protocols.
