NETGEAR and SDVoE Alliance merge AVoIP training platforms

NETGEAR Academy’s networking training and SDVoE Academy’s signal-management curriculum combined into single learning ecosystem designed to strengthen skills for IP-based workflows

The SDVoE Alliance and NETGEAR have integrated their training platforms, allowing learners to move seamlessly between SDVoE Academy and NETGEAR Academy. The initiative unites SDVoE Alliance’s AVoIP expertise with NEATGEAR’s broader network-infrastructure education, aligning resources for designers, integrators and technical teams.

SDVoE Developer Certification Program

SDVoE Academy, which has attracted more than 6,000 learners across over 120 courses, offers two certification tracks covering system design and development. NETGEAR Academy adds material focused on configuring and maintaining robust network environments.

Stephane Tremblay, president of the SDVoE Alliance, said: “Education is the way to empower both our industry and society at large. When knowledge is accessible, people can innovate, solve problems, and create lasting impact.”

The partnership expands available content and aims to shorten deployment times by strengthening practical capabilities.

Gus Marcondes, global training manager for NETGEAR, said: “Education only matters if it changes outcomes in the field. By uniting SDVoE Academy with NETGEAR Academy, we’re giving integrators and IT teams the practical skills to configure multicast, apply AV profiles, and design resilient networks.”

Both academies remain free to join, with reciprocal access now in place. To learn more and enroll in the SDVoE Academy, click here. The NETGEAR Academy can be reached here.
