InfoComm 2026 to explore ‘the future of work’

Las Vegas show will spotlight smart, connected workplace technology across exhibits, keynotes and a dedicated Smart Workplace environment

InfoComm 2026 will explore how technology, design and data are converging to redefine the workplace, with AI-driven systems, integrated collaboration tools and workplace analytics among the key themes at this year’s show.

Taking place June 13-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center – with exhibits running June 17-19 – the show will demonstrate how AV technology is helping organisations create work environments that are responsive, personalised and frictionless, wherever work happens.

At the centre of the show floor will be the Smart Workplace environment (Booth C5143), powered by FORTÉ. The end-to-end installation is designed to demonstrate how people, spaces and technology come together across a series of interconnected spaces – from arrival and social areas to meeting rooms, personal workspaces and a broadcast centre.

Jenn Heinold, senior vice president of expositions, Americas at AVIXA, said: “InfoComm 2026 is designed to show how AV, IT and AI come together in real environments to create workplaces that are more connected, more intelligent and ultimately more effective for the people who use them.”

Microsoft and Cisco will take the keynote stage to showcase how AI is redefining collaboration. Microsoft will highlight AI-powered platforms including Teams Phone, Teams Rooms and Teams Premium, while Cisco will present its Connected Intelligence vision, demonstrating how integrated AV, IT and AI-driven infrastructure can unify workplace environments and deliver deeper insights into how spaces are used.

Additional programming at the Vision Stage (Booth C7872) will include trend forecasts on AI-powered workplaces, product demonstrations and expert-led sessions on immersive environment design. Guided Future Workplace tours of the show floor will run on Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

InfoComm 2026 is sponsored by headline partner Shure, with premier partners including Audio-Technica, Blackmagic Design, Diversified, FORTÉ and Microsoft. Registration is open at infocommshow.org.
