Bluesound to launch network streaming amplifier

Debuting at InfoComm 2026 in June, in Las Vegas, Bluesound Professional's B240Q delivers two BluOS zones and four channels of amplification in a single PoE-powered unit

Bluesound Professional is expanding its amplifier portfolio with the B240Q Network Streaming Multichannel Amplifier, which is designed to simplify distributed audio in commercial environments and will make its debut at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas.

The B240Q combines music streaming, digital-to-analogue conversion and flexible speaker connectivity in a single compact unit. Powered via variable input PoE network connections, it is designed to deliver both power and network connectivity over a single Ethernet cable, the company says reducing installation complexity and enabling more flexible device placement.

With support for low-impedance and constant voltage 70V/100V speaker systems, the B240Q is suited to large, multi-zone deployments across retail, hospitality and corporate environments. Its decentralised architecture allows the amplifier to be positioned closer to speakers, reducing cable runs while maintaining centralised control via BluOS.

Bluesound Professional will also show the B240M amplifier alongside the B240Q at the event. The B240M builds on the B240Q platform by adding Moodsonic generative biophilic soundscaping capabilities.

Bluesound Professional will be at booth N6431 in the North Hall at InfoComm 2026.
