DAS Audio’s ARA Series provided the sound reinforcement for four nights of live music at WyoJam 2026 in Sheridan, Wyoming, supporting a programme spanning hip-hop, country and other genres. The system was deployed by local production company BlueSeed AVL for the fourth annual festival, which featured artists including Afroman, Ying Yang Twins, Michael Ray and Bucky Covington.
The system comprised DAS Audio MARA line arrays and LARA subwoofers, supplemented by ARA-P28 front fills and ARA-M210 stage monitors. The combination was selected to provide consistent coverage for both the audience and performers while meeting the requirements of touring artists.
Site rigging and weight restrictions limited the number of loudspeakers that could be flown, making system optimisation particularly important. DASaim acoustic optimisation and digital steering were used to help distribute sound across the venue while working within those physical constraints.
BlueSeed AVL has worked with DAS Audio for more than a decade, beginning with the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally before purchasing its first AERO system in 2015. The company subsequently added a second AERO system and later invested in DAS Audio’s ARA Series.
BlueSeed AVL owner Aaron Gebauer said the ARA system had proved capable of meeting the demands of touring artists while also giving the production company flexibility across different musical styles. DAS Audio of America senior sales engineer Carlos Henao also supported the deployment, working with the BlueSeed AVL team during the event.
