Steljes grows marketing team with three new appointments

The company has added an education marketing manager, a reseller-focused programmes manager and a new graduate who will manage leads and internal communications.

UK distributor Steljes has expanded its marketing team with the appointment of Katie Stayt as marketing manager education, Stuart Phillips as marketing executive and Stephen Hyatt as junior marketing, all of whom will report to Natalie Harris, head of marketing.

Stayt’s background and experience in the education market has been gained from working for several years at the British College of Agriculture as marketing manager. In her new role, she will be responsible for Steljes’ marketing strategy for education with particular emphasis on creating new business opportunities for the Steljes portfolio both at the end user and reseller channel level.

Philips’ new role will see him manage a series of programmes to create revenue opportunities for Steljes’ channel resellers and vendor partners. Prior to joining Steljes, he worked for several years at Fonehouse as the main marketing contact for its reseller channel.

Joining Steljes after graduating from the University of Surrey, Hyatt has a degree in media studies. He has experience in promotion design gained from working with the charity the Starburst Foundation. As part of his remit, Stephen will be responsible for lead management and internal communications for the company.

“I am delighted to welcome Katie, Stuart and Stephen to Steljes and they are joining the company at a very exciting time,” said Natalie Harris. “We continue to prosper in the education sector and are now making substantial in-roads in the corporate sector. They will play a vital role in creating integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand for the Steljes portfolio. The company’s aim is to help its vendors and reseller partners grow their businesses profitably and the Steljes marketing team plays a key part in that strategy.”
