SpinetiX makes multiple product additions

Using the same form factor as its predecessor, the HMP130 media player from Swiss manufacturer SpinetiX offers 30% more processing power and is designed to take advantage of the company’s Fusion digital signage software.

Swiss digital signage manufacturer SpinetiX undertook a number of announcements at ISE, including the launch of its HMP130 media player. Using the same form factor as its predecessor, the HMP130 offers 30% more processing power and is designed to take advantage of the company’s Fusion digital signage software.

The company also revealed that since 2008, when it shipped its first Hyper Media Player, it has now shipped 50000 HMP units.

ISE also saw the announcement by SpinetiX of a deal with French content provider and producer BlueFox. The integration offers extremely easy ‘click-and-play’ access to a multitude of attractive RSS feeds, in several languages.

“This makes it much easier for smaller companies to get access to high quality content,” said Serge Konter, marketing manager at SpinetiX.

In its fourth ISE announcement, SpinetiX said that its increased focus on the German market had led it to sign WEYEL as its distributor for that territory. WEYEL is based in Burbach, just outside Frankfurt and currently supplies technology to various digital signage integration projects in banking, hotels, government, worship and even corporate AV.
