proAV is a leading supplier of audiovisual solutions within the corporate and international hotel sectors. As a result of the acquisition, the proAV workforce will join Asysco’s team from the north-east working from new offices in central Manchester.
Describing the purchase as “an excellent move for Asysco”, the company’s chairman Ray Phillpot said that the acquisition “will create a powerful union that brings complementary skills to Asysco and both enhances our expansion into new vertical markets and enhances our geographic reach. This is a very natural step and we’re looking forward to working with the proAV team and achieving continuing success together.”
The relationship between Asysco and TSK looks set to continue in the future via an association that could feed into the latter’s commercial interiors interests. TSK managing director Iain Holden (pictured, right, with Ray Phillpot) noted that “we still see the design and supply of audiovisual as a component of our offering in the commercial interiors field, and we would naturally look to this strategic alliance with a renowned AV specialist to fulfil the requirements that will undoubtedly emerge as we look to the future.”
