How many times have you attended ISE, and in what capacity?
I’ve attended every ISE since 2019 in various capacities, from product leadership, strategic partnerships and marketing and events. In 2026, I attended as vice president of product at Utelogy, focused on partner engagement, customer meetings, product demonstrations, and industry thought leadership.
Overall, how was ISE 2026 for you?
ISE 2026 was one of the strongest shows we’ve experienced. The energy across the halls was extremely positive, with a clear shift toward cloud, data intelligence, automation, and AI-driven operational outcomes.
For Utelogy, the show reinforced that the market is moving beyond device monitoring toward integrated cloud ecosystems and outcome-driven management platforms. The conversations were strategic rather than transactional, which aligns well with how we position our platform.
Numbers were up again, so how was footfall for you, and what about the quality of leads?
Footfall was consistently strong throughout the show, and more importantly, the quality of engagement was exceptionally high.
We saw a noticeable increase in enterprise-level discussions, particularly around cloud-to-cloud integrations, multi-vendor ecosystem management, and AI-enabled automation. Many conversations were with decision-makers actively evaluating digital transformation strategies rather than just exploring new hardware.
The depth of those conversations translated into highly qualified follow-up opportunities post-show.
Did you engage with the ISE Daily, either by reading it or by contributing editorially or promotionally?
Yes – we both engaged with and contributed to the ISE Daily. Utelogy contributed editorially and received coverage in the Day Two issue. We were also interviewed during the show. The ISE Daily continues to be an effective way to amplify messaging during the event and highlight key innovations in real time.
Did you nominate any of your products for the Best of Show awards? If not, do you have a particular reason?
Yes, and we were proud to win a Best of Show award from AV Technology for Utelogy’s “Config in the Cloud.” This recognition validated our continued investment in cloud-first deployment, centralised configuration, and scalable automation. “Config in the Cloud” simplifies large-scale system rollouts and ongoing lifecycle management — an area that is increasingly critical for enterprise and global deployments. Winning the award was a strong affirmation of the direction the industry is heading and the role software-driven management platforms play in that evolution.
Is there anything you’d like to see improved at ISE in 2027?
ISE continues to evolve well each year. If anything, continued emphasis on structured networking opportunities between software platforms, AI providers, and traditional hardware manufacturers would further accelerate innovation. The market is rapidly converging around data, automation, and cross-platform intelligence, and creating more intentional spaces for those ecosystem conversations would be valuable.
