DJW and RG Jones on InstallFutures integrator 2020 panel

An integrator panel at InstallFutures will discuss how changes in user requirements and the broader market environment can require integrators to modify their offering.

An integrator panel at InstallFutures will discuss how changes in user requirements and the broader market environment can require integrators to modify their offering. The panel will look forward five years to 2020, and discuss how business models will need to change, and whether it might be necessary to target new customer bases and/or verticals.

Panellists will include David Willrich, founder and managing director of DJW; and Jon Berry, sales and installations director at RG Jones Sound Engineering. Both men are highly experienced integrators: Berry has been with RG Jones for over 15 years, and has designed and installed complex DSP-based systems into a variety of venues, while Willrich’s company has been in business for 30 years and specialises in permanent installations in visitor attractions, museums and theme parks.

“I’m very pleased to have secured the services of key individuals from two very successful and highly regarded integration companies for this InstallFutures panel,” said Installation editor Paddy Baker. “Having served their respective markets for a significant period of time, both of these panellists are well attuned to how changing market conditions drive changes within integration businesses – and I’m sure they will have valuable insights into what the world of 2020 will be like.”
