Crestron is official partner to xSolutions

Crestron will be an official partner of the xSolutions trade show that will take place in London in October. The company will also be running training sessions at the show.

Crestron has announced that it has been appointed an official partner to the inaugural xSolutions business communications trade show (19 – 20 October, ExCel Centre, London). xSolutions will be providing AV and IT professionals with access to the latest in AV technologies for commercial facilities, from individual products to entire building management solutions.

Announcing the partnership, Petra van Meeuwen, marketing manager for Crestron (pictured) said, “Trade shows give all of us at Crestron a chance to meet installers, specifiers and end-users face to face. This provides a great opportunity to get feedback, industry information, issues and trends as well as offering us a chance to demonstrate how Crestron can work for your business. What’s great about xSolutions is that it is dedicated to business solutions; there are many universities, offices and commercial premises all over the world benefitting from our technology and this show is the perfect platform to communicate this offering.”

As well as showcasing the latest in automated control systems for businesses, Crestron will also be running two manufacturer training sessions, designed and run by Crestron’s technical training team. The two courses on offer will be the Crestron DigitalMedia Certified Designer (DMC-D) and, new for xSolutions, a RoomView course.

Michael Backler, Crestron’s head of training, will be leading the courses at xSolutions, where there will be a one-off RoomView training course which will be exclusive to xSolutions visitors. “Our latest training course is dedicated to Crestron’s RoomView building management software which is proving to be an invaluable tool for our clients in the commercial and business sector,“ he said. “Both of the courses we are offering have been developed to best equip installers to serve the needs of the industry by using the latest technical developments and by being aware of the issues and nuances of new technologies such as Crestron’s DigitalMedia range. The latest version of our RoomView software showcases what is possible in building-management and our course at xSolutions will explore and explain the savings in time, resources and energy that can be made with RoomView.”
