Northamber, a distributor of IT, AV and UC&C products and solutions, has announced the acquisition of Tempura Communications, a specialist provider of unified communications and collaboration solutions.
Founded in 1980, Northamber says the acquisition of Tempura Communications strengthens its position in the technology solutions market and enhances its portfolio of offerings to customers both in the UK and Europe.

Tempura Communications, established in 2002, delivers tailored communication solutions to businesses of all sizes.
