The 1U-high E Series is said to offer ample power reserves, and is Energy Star 2.1 compliant, making it highly efficient both in terms of net operating efficiency and typical current draw.
The company is also showing the PLM (Powered Loudspeaker Management) Series of processors – which incorporates Lake technology – alongside LM 44, Lake’s latest digital audio processor. All PLM Series models contain two fully-featured Lake Processor modules, each offering control over gain, delay, crossover slope, equalisation, and limiting. Proprietary Lake Processing algorithms are included for raised cosine equalisation, linear phase crossovers, loudspeaker protection, and ground isolation.
Lab.gruppen’s stand at ISE 2012 will show how Lake processing can be integrated into large-scale installed environments, such as sports stadia, to offer a greater degree of functionality, integration and security using Dante to distribute audio with dual-redundancy over a network.
Parent company TC Group is launching a new Applications Engineering and Training group, headed by Graham Hendry, formerly director of business development for Tannoy.
