Audio-Technica has debuted a number of products at Prolight + Sound including the ATW-T1007 and ATW-T1006 transmitters, while also showcasing the ATUC-50 digital discussion system, which launched earlier this year at ISE.
The ATW-T1007 System 10 microphone desk stand transmitter and boundary mic/transmitter is designed to work with phantom-powered, condenser gooseneck microphones with a three-pin XLRM-type output. It pairs with the System 10 PRO or System 10 digital wireless receiver of choice to provide 2.4GHz wireless performance.
The transmitter is equipped with a three-pin XLRF-type input and features a touch-sensitive user switch that can toggle between talk and mute modes, or function as a press-to-talk or press-to-mute button.
The ATW-T1006 System 10 boundary microphone/transmitter is suitable for conference rooms and other meeting spaces and like the ATW-T1007 pairs with any System 10 PRO or System 10 digital wireless receiver.
This cardioid condenser boundary mic is also equipped with a touch-sensitive user switch that can toggle between talk and mute modes, or function as a press-to-talk or press-to-mute button.
The ATUC-50 digital discussion system is also on show this week in Frankfurt. This conference solution is for simple operation and plug and play functionality without affecting sound quality or speech intelligibility.
The system includes multi-mode operation, 12-band feedback suppressor, on-board four-channel recorder and translation channel. There is the choice of two gooseneck lengths with the ATUC-M43H (430mm) and ATUC-M58H (580mm) microphones, which allows for greater positioning flexibility.
Employing standard Cat5 (and above) cables, up to 150 ATUC-50DU discussion units can be connected in either daisy chain or ring topology (for added redundancy) and controlled from any web browser with no need for additional software installation.
The ATUC-50’s user friendly design makes it suited to corporate applications such as boardrooms, meeting rooms and multilingual conference settings.
