LD Systems, a Houston-based production and technology services provider, has added an Austin operation to its Texas footprint after bringing ILIOS Productions into the business. The Austin-based live events company will operate under the LD Systems brand, marking the organisation’s fourth location in the state. Both companies are part of Clair Global.

Founded more than 20 years ago, ILIOS Productions has been active in Austin’s live events sector, providing lighting and video design alongside event production services for a wide range of clients. Its work spans concerts and festivals, corporate events and activations, as well as private, philanthropic and charitable projects.

LD Systems plans to further support the existing Austin operation by expanding service provision to include audio and rigging for live events, alongside integration solutions and ongoing service. The addition strengthens LD Systems’ ability to serve major metropolitan areas across Texas, including Houston, San Antonio, Dallas–Fort Worth and Austin, while maintaining a locally based team.

Bryan Azar, founder, president and senior operations manager, ILIOS Productions, said the move followed many years of collaboration between the two businesses. “After working alongside LD Systems in Austin and beyond, we are pleased to be joining the organisation. It marks a new chapter for the team and allows us to continue developing our work together.”

Zach Boswell, general manager, ILIOS Productions, said: “The culture at LD Systems provides a strong foundation for our people as we move forward as one team.”

Rob McKinley, co-founder and president, LD Systems, added: “Bringing Bryan and his team into the organisation expands our capabilities in Austin and adds valuable experience to the business. We look forward to working together to support clients across the region.”

LD Systems also confirmed plans to expand its San Antonio facility into a new location in January 2026.
