Peerless-AV opens ‘largest dvLED infrastructure site’ in North America

New location in Santa Fe Springs, California, offers enhanced manufacturing capacity to support company’s growing number of bespoke dvLED infrastructure projects

Peerless-AV has announced the opening of the “largest dedicated dvLED infrastructure site” in North America. The new engineering and fabrication facility in Santa Fe Springs, California is designed to expand the company’s in-house capabilities for SEAMLESS Bespoke dvLED mounting solutions.

The company says the site will support rising demand for custom dvLED infrastructure and provide improved space for design, manufacturing and partner collaboration.

According to Peerless-AV, the large number of loading docks supports logistics and incorporates a layout intended to improve workflow efficiency and safety. Sustainability features include extensive natural light, sensor-controlled LED lighting, native landscaping to reduce water use and multiple electric vehicle charging points.

Peerless-AV says the office areas have been arranged to encourage closer engagement with customers and partners, including space for demonstrations of the bespoke design process and technology capabilities.

John Samaniego, general manager, Peerless-AV Southern California, said: “We wanted a space that reflects where we’re headed as a company; agile, modern, collaborative, and customer-focused. Our products are behind some of the world’s most exclusive and technically demanding dvLED installations. This new facility allows us to welcome customers in, demonstrate how we design and build from start to finish, and give them a firsthand look at the meticulous precision and craftsmanship that defines every custom project.”

The company reports that early feedback from staff, customers and industry partners has been positive, with an open-house event highlighting the value of dedicated areas for bespoke engineering and precision manufacturing.

Serving as the central base for Peerless-AV’s dvLED custom mounting operations, the facility houses the firm’s design team, which tackles complex, one-off dvLED projects. AV partners are invited to tour the site and work directly with engineers during the design process.

Peerless-AV says the move represents a long-term investment in expanding its dvLED engineering capacity and supporting global demand for custom mounting solutions.
