Legrand | AV, a manufacturer of infrastructure and AV solutions, has opened a new 98,000sqft headquarters in Minnetonka, Minnesota, designed to showcase its integrated AV, lighting, and infrastructure technologies.
The company says the facility brings together key administrative and product development teams under one roof, featuring integrated Legrand AV solutions, motion detectors, power infrastructure, and lighting controls throughout the space. The flexible work environment includes sustainably sourced furnishings and maximises natural light, reflecting a commitment to responsible design.
Brian DiBella, president and CEO of Legrand, North and Central America, said: “This new headquarters reflects our vision for the future. It was designed as a place where our teams can thrive and collaborate, our culture can grow, and our long-term strategy can take root. We are investing in people, innovation, and partnerships that will help us scale sustainably and deliver meaningful impact for our customers and communities.”
Pam Hoppel, president of Legrand | AV, added: “This beautiful space was built with people in mind. The thoughtful design will encourage collaboration, spark innovation, and nurture connection – a place where ideas can flourish. By uniting our teams under one roof, we are creating the foundation to grow with purpose together.”
The grand opening on October 1 included facility tours, product demonstrations, and a dedication of a Burr Oak tree symbolising the company’s roots and commitment to sustainable growth.
As part of Legrand’s Better Communities programme, employees and guests assembled food packs and blankets for local families in need during the event, supporting ICA Food Shelf and Project Linus.
