NAB 2025: Absen to unveil “real-world broadcast booth”

Absen will set up its booth at NAB 2025 to demonstrate how the AbsenLive Saturn Series of LED video walls integrates into various broadcast applications

Absen Inc., the US subsidiary of Absen, will unveil a “real-world broadcast booth” at NAB 2025, from April 6-9, 2025, in Las Vegas. Absen will showcase the Saturn Series to “highlight the value of an integrated ecosystem for broadcast environments”.

The company says its goal is to demonstrate how the Saturn Series integrates into various broadcast applications. According to Absen, high-resolution LED video walls are replacing static set pieces in studio backdrops. Meanwhile augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) elements are becoming increasingly popular in broadcast environments.

In live event coverage, from sports broadcasts to major award shows, LED displays provide real-time data, graphics and branding elements for live productions, Absen says. News studios benefit from LED technology by integrating infographics, live feeds and video clips.

James Liu, president at Absen Inc., said: “NAB 2025 is an exciting opportunity for Absen to showcase the various ecosystems within a broadcast environment and how Absen is delivering solutions designed to support ever-changing production needs. With the AbsenLive Saturn Series, we’re providing broadcasters with a dynamic and adaptable solution that ensures stunning visuals and seamless integration into any studio setup.”

Absen’s Saturn (SA) Series boasts brightness up to 1500 nits, 16-bit grayscale and a 7680Hz refresh rate. The SA Series is built with lightweight yet durable materials. The SA Series supports multiple configurations, including flat, curved (-2.5° to +2.5°), and ceiling-mounted setups. The modular design extends to installation versatility, offering multiple mounting options for broadcast environments.

Absen Inc. will be at booth N1759 at NAB 2025, from April 6-9, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
