Martin Audio has announced a three-day Open Days programme in September, alongside its partner brands in the Focusrite Group – Optimal Audio, Linea Research, TiMax and OutBoard. The event will take place at the Focusrite headquarters, in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, near London, UK.
Running between September 9-11, it is timed to coincide with the end of the PLASA Show in London. Visitors are invited to register for a day pass, or multiple days. The initiative is part on an ongoing series of open days organised by Martin Audio.
Sessions will take place from 9.30am-5.30pm on the opening two days, with a half-day programme (from 9.30am-2.30pm) on Thursday. Training sessions will run alongside the demonstrations on the opening two days. All brands will showcase new products and operating systems.
Martin Audio will debut the new BlacklineQ series for Europe alongside other point source ranges, stage monitors, constant curvature and line array demonstrations, and there will also be free listening sessions. In-depth training will be available on the DISPLAY and VU-NET software platforms, and there will be a special presentation based on a recent Martin Audio TED Talk event, as well as a live sound session over lunch.
TiMax will showcase immersive audio solutions across TiMax panLab, TiMax SoundHub and TiMax Tracker. The brand will also demonstrate recent software updates, as well as new features for TiMax SoundHub.
Optimal Audio will be showcasing multi-zone commercial audio — including new products — as well as offering a deep dive training session on Talk 8, its new 8-zone digital paging station.
Linea Research will preview new products alongside the presentation of its amplifiers and electronics. Training on their System Engineer 8 control software will also be available to book.
Finally, OutBoard will present an overview of its motor control and rigging solutions.
