Powersoft has announced the launch of Unica T, a new touring-focused amplifier platform which the company says is suited to demanding applications. The first new Powersoft amplifier platform for the touring market since the launch of the T Series in 2019, the new product expands the Italian company’s Unica family of amplifiers.
Developed for rental companies and live sound professionals, Unica T supports a wide range of connectivity options, including configurable GPIOs and networked audio and control. Its easy swap functionality, enabled by an automatic USB backup system, is designed to simplify maintenance and minimise downtime.
Boasting a front-panel interface tailored for live applications, Unica T also supports a wide range of connectivity options, including configurable GPIOs and networked audio and control. Powersoft says it has a patent-pending solid fastening system for Phoenix connectors, which enhances resistance to mechanical vibrations, as well as improved galvanic insulation for analogue inputs.
