Legrand | AV has launched Unified Cloud Platform, an AI-powered remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution developed with Xyte to help organisations manage connected AV devices and systems across multiple sites. The platform builds on RackLink Cloud, which debuted in its earlier form before the new platform was previewed at InfoComm 2026.
The platform retains existing RackLink Cloud deployments while adding expanded connectivity, visibility and control. It brings supported devices and systems into a single management environment, using AI-powered diagnostics and troubleshooting to help technical teams identify and resolve issues before they affect users.
Features include automated workflows for power cycling, alerts and remediation, alongside real-time and historical analytics covering device performance, usage and energy consumption. Asset, space and access management tools are also designed to reduce the need for separate management applications.
Unified Cloud Platform is designed to work alongside other remote monitoring systems, including Crestron XiO and Q-SYS Reflect, allowing organisations to retain existing tools while extending visibility across their AV estates. Integrations with Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms, as well as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk and Slack, connect AV device data and incident management with existing collaboration and IT workflows.
Legrand said security measures include hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS), encryption of data in transit and at rest, and backup and recovery procedures. Legrand holds ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, while Xyte holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification and complies with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
