i3CONNECT, a developer of interactive displays and collaboration technology, has expanded into the LED market with the launch of its first video wall, the Walnut W1. Available in 138in and 165in screen sizes, the Walnut W1 features built-in 120W speakers and is designed to complement i3CONNECT’s touchscreen portfolio.
The Walnut W1 is designed to be used alongside the i3SIXTY 3 interactive flipchart, with any annotation or drawing made on the flipchart instantly displayed on the video wall. Connection options include USB-C or wireless via i3ALLSYNC, i3CONNECT’s wireless screensharing solution, which supports up to six devices sharing simultaneously.
The video wall comes pre-installed with i3CONNECT Studio software, which includes an installation wizard to help IT administrators configure user settings, backgrounds, and other preferences. Remote management is available through Cortex, i3CONNECT’s in-house software.
The company says the Walnut W1 offers a comparatively low energy consumption for an LED wall, potentially reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
