AtlasIED introduces ‘AZP’ amplifier series

US manufacturer has added new range of DSP-equipped models to its Atmosphere digital audio platform, available in four and eight-channel configurations for commercial installed audio applications

AtlasIED has announced the Atmosphere AZP Amplifier Series, expanding its Atmosphere digital audio platform with a new range of amplifiers featuring onboard DSP, integrated speaker tunings and flexible matrix mixing.

The AZP series is housed in a 1RU form factor and is available in four and eight-channel configurations, with selectable 150W or 300W per channel in either low-impedance or high-impedance operation. Power share technology allows total amplifier power to be allocated across channels in 5W increments, extending system design flexibility. Loudspeaker management tools include EQ, crossovers and limiters, while a built-in message player adds paging and announcement functionality.

Dual network ports support flexible deployment for control, monitoring and Dante audio distribution, while CAT-based speaker connectivity is designed to simplify installation of AtlasIED sound-masking loudspeakers. The series also includes full sound-masking capabilities with onboard signal generation, scheduling and commissioning tools – a feature the company says makes it suited to hospitality, corporate and educational environments.

Tom Lureman, director of engineering and product management at AtlasIED, said: “The Atmosphere platform has proven to be exceptionally valuable and a standout in the industry over the past few years. There has been high demand for new capabilities – it has been truly rewarding to see Atmosphere grow and help so many installations.”

The AZP series will be on show at AtlasIED’s InfoComm 2026 booth N7132 in Las Vegas, June 17-19, where further details of the Atmosphere platform will also be available.
