Fowler, who joins with over 20 years of federal market and AV technology experience, will lead Nanolumens’ federal channel strategy, working with partners and integrators to deliver tailored LED visualisation solutions for government clients. His background includes senior positions at Crestron Electronics, Applied Global Technologies, and AVI-SPL, where he managed multi-million-dollar programmes and built long-term federal customer relationships.

DeLaere brings more than 25 years of experience in advanced visualisation and mission-critical system design, having held leadership roles at Cyviz, Planar, Diversified, RGB Spectrum and Barco. As control room segment leader, he will focus on expanding Nanolumens’ presence in command centres and operational environments, supporting partners with high-performance LED displays and the secure Aurora platform.

Kurt DeYoung, chief revenue officer, Nanolumens, said: “Ryan and Tim each bring extensive experience in highly specialised markets where visualisation performance directly impacts operational effectiveness. Their leadership and technical understanding will be instrumental as we expand our capabilities and support customers who rely on precise, reliable display technologies.”

Nanolumens’ solutions are engineered for high-demand, mission-critical applications, offering scalable, secure LED visualisation for federal, command and control, and other advanced environments. The company’s Aurora platform ensures secure processing and deployment, while its TAA-compliant display portfolio meets rigorous government standards.
