Listen Technologies welcomes new financial controller

David Serpa, who has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and international trade and strategy, will report to Maile Keone, president and CEO of Listen Technologies and Ampetronic

Listen Technologies has welcomed David Serpa to the organisation as its new financial controller. In this role, Serpa will manage accounting records, ensure compliance with regulations, analyse financial data, and oversee accounting operations.

He will report to Maile Keone, president and CEO of Listen Technologies and Ampetronic.

Serpa has extensive experience in accounting, finance, and international trade and strategy at manufacturing and high-tech organisations. His experience includes working in corporate financial planning and analysis, and accounting standards, including international financial reporting standards.

Keone said: “David is organised, trusted, and highly motivating, with a record of success leading finance and accounting teams at multi-national organisations. He will be instrumental in helping Listen Technologies streamline its accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive fiscal performance as the company continues to grow. We look forward to David’s counsel and management in the role of financial controller.”

Prior to joining Listen Technologies, Serpa was director of finance and corporate treasury at a direct sales organisation. He said: “I am excited to join Listen Technologies as financial controller. Serpa has a master of business administration degree. He is a chartered professional accountant and certified management accountant.
