Ampetronic | Listen Technologies appoints HR vice president

Chris Linford joins assistive listening group brands as they continue to align operations under the Allvida parent company

Ampetronic | Listen Technologies has appointed Chris Linford as vice president of human resources, as the two assistive listening brands continue to build out their joint leadership team.

Linford has worked as a consultant to the combined organisation for the past 11 months, during which time the two brands have aligned leadership and resources under Allvida, a group of accessibility-focused companies. She will now take on the role permanently, reporting to Maile Keone, president and CEO of Ampetronic | Listen Technologies.

In her new role, Linford will oversee talent acquisition, employee experience, performance management, learning and development and compliance across the organisation’s global operations.

The appointment follows a series of recent leadership changes at the group, including Kim Franklin’s promotion to chief marketing officer, Mikey Shaffer’s promotion to vice president of North American sales, and David Serpa’s promotion to vice president of finance.

Linford brings senior HR experience from the financial services sector and holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation.
