Kramer appoints new EMEA customer service director

Lukasz Czajkowski joins other recent additions as part of Kramer's ongoing business transformation and ambitious growth strategy

Kramer has appointed Lukasz Czajkowski as its new EMEA customer service director, with previous experience at IBM, Unisys, and Sonos, where he spent more than 15-years.

Based at Kramer’s EMEA HQ in Amstelveen, Netherlands, Czajkowski will report to Peter Baxter, SVP EMEA, and will be responsible for refreshing and overseeing all of Kramer’s customer service operations, said to be key to the company’s ongoing business transformation and ambitious growth strategy.

His key responsibilities will include developing and executing new innovative measures to enhance customer satisfaction, nurturing new and existing relationships, increasing brand loyalty, and generating new sales and service opportunities across Kramer’s portfolio of technology solutions.

Czajkowski joins Brooke Ellingworth (director of EMEA Channel), Giancarlo Aletti and Davide De Letteriis (area sales managers, Italy), and Gerrit Lipgens (regional manager, DACH), who have all joined in recent weeks – all integral to the company’s ambitions to become the “brand of choice” in the global market within the next five years.

“We’re delighted to welcome Lukasz to the Kramer team and to be part of an exciting new era, as we strive to reach the potential this company deserves,” said Baxter. “There has been and continues to be a lot of hard work taking place behind the scenes as we restructure to bring truly outstanding support and value to our partners and customers in the channel and, as importantly, across our teams. Lukasz is yet another example of Kramer being able to attract the industry-leading talents, and provide them with the opportunity to grow with us. 2024 is an important year for Kramer and it’s important we have the right skillset and mindset to be able to hit the ground running. With Lukasz, we have that.”

Czajkowski added: “From the first moment I walked through the door, I have been immensely impressed with not only the company’s incredible products, but the collective enthusiasm and shared belief in the company. The structure of the business allows people to make a real impact, and that’s what excites me most. Yes, the company has experienced some challenges in the past, but it says a lot about a team that’s willing to recognise and accept where it’s fallen short and then show such motivation to put things right. The new structure will allow us to create synergies across all teams and countries and with the experience, knowledge and skills I’ve picked up and developed during my career, I feel like all roads have led to this point and I couldn’t be more motivated or happier to have joined the Kramer family.”

Kramer will be in attendance at ISE 2024 in Barcelona (3D300).
