Kinly has announced that chief operating officer Tom Martin will become CEO on January 1, 2027. Current CEO Ken Scaturro will leave his executive role and join the company’s board of directors.

Scaturro led Kinly through its combination with Yorktel, creating a global workplace experience and managed services provider. He said: “It has been a great privilege to serve as Kinly’s CEO during this crucial phase of the company’s history.”
He will continue to support key customer and partner relationships and work with Martin on the transition until the end of the year.
Martin previously served as Kinly CEO before the merger with Yorktel. As COO, he has played a central role in integrating the two businesses and developing the company’s global operating platform.
He said: “As collaboration technology continues to advance, we have an opportunity to help customers extract even greater value from their investments through innovative services, workplace intelligence, and operational excellence.”
Carlo Padovano, partner at Kinly investor One Equity Partners, said: “Tom has deep knowledge of our customers, operations, culture, and a proven track record of execution.”
He added that Martin was positioned to lead Kinly through its next phase of growth, innovation and value creation.
