Yorktel, a New Jersey-based systems integrator and managed services provider, and Kinly, an AV and UCC integration firm headquartered in Amsterdam, have completed a merger. The new entity will operate as Yorktel-Kinly.

The combined company brings together Kinly’s AV and UCC integration capabilities with Yorktel’s managed services and systems engineering expertise. It will serve clients across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, operating from 27 offices with a team of over 1,600 employees, holding more than 900 specialist accreditations.

Yorktel-Kinly will continue to support clients across multiple sectors, including government and private enterprises. The merger aims to provide a broader solutions portfolio, extended support capacity, and a more consistent delivery model across international locations.

Ken Scaturro will lead the company as chief executive officer, and Tom Martin will serve as chief strategy officer. A new leadership team, drawn from both organisations, will be effective from January 2026.

Scaturro said: “The collaboration and IT services market is evolving rapidly. Clients are looking for integrated solutions across AV, IT, and networking. This merger enables us to provide more consistent delivery and support across regions.”

Martin added: “Our people remain our greatest strength. Their expertise and relationships with clients are key, and together we aim to provide practical, effective solutions across all the markets we serve.”

Yorktel-Kinly has begun integrating operations, with clients and partners continuing to engage with existing account teams.
