HARMAN Professional Solutions has announced new sales leadership appointments for the EMEA and APAC regions as part of a wider effort to strengthen regional alignment and support continued growth.
Amar Subash will lead the professional solutions sales organisation across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), while continuing to oversee sales operations for India. Based in HARMAN’s Hemel Hempstead office, Subash will be responsible for setting strategic direction and driving growth across both regions.

Subash has been with HARMAN for nine years, most recently heading sales across APAC and India. His previous positions include director of sales and operations for the Asia Pacific region and finance director for APAC. Before joining HARMAN, he held senior roles at Ariston Thermo Group, Tyco India and Lucent Technologies.
With Subash’s transition, Nick Screen has been appointed to lead sales across the APAC region. Screen has been with HARMAN for more than 12 years and currently oversees channel sales and audio solutions across the region. His previous roles include director of channel sales and audio solutions (APAC), director of sports and transportation business development (global), and director of transportation solutions. Prior to joining HARMAN, he worked in international business development and technical sales roles with Duran Audio BV and Autograph Sales Limited.

Jaime Albors, senior vice president, global sales and business development at HARMAN Professional Solutions, said: “These appointments reflect our commitment to strengthening our global sales leadership and positioning HARMAN for continued success. Amar and Nick bring deep experience, strategic vision, and a strong track record of results. I’m confident they will continue to drive growth and innovation across their respective regions.”
The company also confirmed that Hamid Soufian, who has led the EMEA region sales team for the past six years, will leave HARMAN on October 31 2025 to pursue other opportunities. Soufian’s 23-year tenure included senior positions across both the Professional Solutions and Automotive divisions.
Albors added: “I want to sincerely thank Hamid for his remarkable leadership over the past 23 years. His dedication and contributions have played a key role in the organisation’s success over the decades. We wish him the very best in his next professional chapter.”
