Exterity continues Middle East expansion

Exterity has announced two key hires in the Middle East, driven by continued business growth in the region. Following the promotions of Eleuterio Fernandes to vice president of sales EMEA and Walid Tabet to regional sales team leader in 2018, Exterity has recruited Zaher Ajeeb, KSA sales manager and Victor Hasan (pictured), regional sales manager – hospitality, to support customers on the ground.

“Exterity entered the Middle Eastern market over ten years ago and our impact and success could not have been achieved without our hugely talented local team. They have an unrivalled wealth of experience and technical knowledge, which has fostered a real feeling of confidence and trust among our partners and customers,” said Colin Farquhar, CEO at Exterity, “The strength of our local team and technology enables us to work with some of the most recognisable names in the Middle East. I am looking forward to working with our new team members as we continue to grow in this exciting region.”

Exterity has also been steadily building its technical team supporting customers on the ground both pre and post sales, with the addition of Omar Abdel-Halim, solutions consultant, based in Saudi Arabia and Shrinil Kudalkar, solutions analyst in the UAE, to the technical solutions team managed by Laurent Genari-Conti. This expanding team, along with the larger sales team, led by Tabet, prompted a recent move by Exterity into larger premises within the same building at Dubai Internet City.
