Lopez has over 16 years technical experience of audio visual systems, specialising in 24/7 control room applications following his graduation from the University of Madrid with a First Class honours in Telecommunication Engineering,
He will be overseeing Datapath’s training programme around the world, ensuring customers and trading partners are fully up-to-date with Datapath’s latest hardware and software developments. Datapath’s training courses are approved by AV governing body AVIXA, with its VSN video processing courses earning points towards the industry’s widely recognised Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) accreditation.
Based at the company’s UK headquarters, Lopez spoke of his delight in taking the role: “I am thrilled to be joining Datapath at this time. Despite the challenges of 2020, they are a company that continues to drive forward with innovative developments and strong, successful customer commitment. I look forward to meeting its many customers around the globe as we help them benefit fully from Datapath’s product offering.”
