ISE is running a unique project designed to gauge how innovative the AV and systems integration industry is. Your input is requested ahead of a keynote address by Fran Chuan of InnoQuotient on Thursday 2 February.
Chuan is CEO and co-creator of culture innovation assessment platform InnoQuotient. His keynote, entitled ‘How Innovative is the AV Industry?’ will be at 17:15 on Thursday 2 February in conference suite CC4.1. The session will present the results of ISE’s Culture of Innovation 2023 Survey, using the proprietary InnoQuotient tool.
Registered ISE visitors and exhibitors can complete the survey in the run-up to the show by clicking this link. Responses will be collated to find out more about the innovative culture of organisations by measuring the maturity of development of its innovation journey. The assessment pinpoints strengths, as well as identifying any gaps to then provide guidance on building and improving an organisation’s culture of innovation.
Developed in 2015, InnoQuotient is based on the six fundamental building blocks that make up innovative cultures, underpinning the strategy of organisations: resources, processes, results, values, behaviours and climate. The InnoQuotient survey addresses the most important needs of the relevant market: not only pinpointing at which point the organisation is innovative, but also the company’s internal makeup in comparison to its sector.
