Adding features while removing complexity is the conundrum Vivitek (ISE 2026 Stand 3K900) is trying to solve by adding AI to its Whiteboard offerings, such as its NovoTouch BK series 4K display. “There are sometimes so many features people don’t use them all, so this had to be very user friendly,” Holger Graeff, general manager display solutions, Delta Electronics (Vivitek’s parent company).

“The hardware can do what people want already, so the only thing we can do is look at the software,” he said.
The IntelligentX AI can assist in business presentations or teaching, turning doodles into drawings or using a few written words as an AI prompt, and then display the results as a meaningful table, and will be offered across its Novo interactive displays and laser projection lineup.
“We are thinking through what we can do to add more quality to the output,” he added. “We would like to make the use of the product easier and add more intelligent features, which is sometimes contradictory, but this is both.”
It has also introduced compact, high-brightness single-chip DLP laser D9000Z projectors offering up to 30,000 lumens, while its D5000Z Series now offers additional lens options, and the new D8000Z Series is ideal for meeting rooms, classrooms, or medium-sized venues.
