With the needs of fixed installation in mind, Movecat is now offering the Expert-T III I-Motion system controller on a motion trolley.
The mobile base is designed in such a way that the rubber feet of the controller slot into the trolley frame without any need for further conversion. This provides both a secure mount and sufficient flexibility to allow the Expert-T III to be used at any time, on a table or in a rack.
The Motion Trolley is equipped with five swivelling castors (two of them lockable) and a remote-controlled lifting column that allows the trolley to be raised or lowered to heights continuously variable from 626mm to 92mm. This makes it possible for people of very different stature to operate all the keyboards, hot keys and joysticks, as well as the trackball and touchscreen ergonomically and in comfort whether standing up or sitting down. Two additional cable holders are provided at the rear.
The Expert-T III combined with Movecat’s I-Motion and V-Motion Power Controllers yields an efficient solution for complex, scenic kinetic applications in the trade fair, events, studio and touring sectors.
Up to 240 drives can be controlled at fixed and variable speeds in accordance with the DGUV V 54 (BGV D8), D8-Plus und DGUV V 17 (BGV C1) standards. The controller corresponds in its basic configuration to the DGUV V 17 (BGV C1) and EN 61508 SIL 3 standards and is therefore suitable for overhead scenic runs.
