Integrated experiences with Legrand

At Legrand’s stand, its brands Luxul, Nuvo, QMotion and Vantage are coming together to show how they can create integrated experiences.

Product marketing manager Patrick Kitteridge and Legrand president Scott Gill (pictured) explained to the ISE Daily that the hero product of the Middle Atlantic area is the company’s first power product for Europe. DC power distribution allows customers to avoid using the power transformers that come with devices, but can instead hard wire devices direct to the distribution point.

Elsewhere on the stand, Luxul brings guaranteed network performance to ISE, with a demonstration of its Epic 3 dual-band wireless AC3100 (XWR-3150) Gigabit router, while indoor wireless AP systems include the Apex line of access points.

Audio solutions on display at ISE include Nuvo’s rack-mount Professional Series Players, which deliver dynamic, high-fidelity sound to three listening zones, provide built-in access to a variety of music options and can be easily integrated into automation systems.

For shading, QMotion is displaying its Qbasic+ window blind, which can be upgraded from manual to motorised in minutes without needing to change fabrics or reinstall brackets. Vantage lighting control will highlight the EasyTouch Glass Keypad Station, which combines powerful functionality with a sleek, contemporary design. EasyTouch Glass offers a highly reflective, glass-like look with a smooth touch surface for a one-of-a-kind aesthetic.

Finally, Legrand is showcasing how its commercial brands work together to provide an application-focused collection of solutions for conference rooms, education, broadcast and more.
