Cobalt Digital to showcase IPMX ecosystem

US manufacturer will display its expanding range of ST 2110 signal processors, converters and monitors at InfoComm 2026, in Las Vegas, from June 17-19

Cobalt Digital is set to highlight its growing IPMX product ecosystem at InfoComm 2026, with a lineup designed to simplify the transition from SDI to IP-based workflows in professional AV environments. The Champaign, Illinois-based manufacturer will exhibit at Booth N7163, presenting a range that includes standalone signal processors, audio monitors, multiviewers, gateways, converters, encoders and decoders.

At the centre of the lineup is the new blueCORE family of standalone signal processors. Housed in a 1RU chassis, the units are designed to bridge SDI and ST 2110/IPMX environments, combining audio and video processing for live production and AV signal management. A touchscreen front panel and four illuminated control knobs allow local configuration without an external control panel, and the units can also be remotely managed via a web GUI. Features are said to include up/down/cross conversion, colour correction, HDR processing, audio routing and mixing, frame sync and frame rate conversion.

Cobalt will also demonstrate updates to its PACIFIC compression platform, including a new ST 2110/IPMX output option for the PACIFIC ULL-DEC software-defined decoder – allowing decoded content to be available simultaneously over SDI and ST 2110/IPMX. The PACIFIC 9992-ENC gateway is designed to appear as a destination within an NMOS controller, enabling content to be sent to a corresponding ULL-DEC gateway at a receiving facility, where it can be routed onward. When using RIST, the 9992-ENC is said to support one-to-many distribution.

Also new are two entry-level openGear cards – the 9925-FSx frame sync card and the 9981-LUTx colour processor – both field-upgradable from one to four paths.

Further exhibits include the ARIA audio monitoring range, the UltraBlue MV-SW multiviewer supporting compressed and baseband audio/video over IP, the SAPPHIRE family of mini converters in single, dual and quad-channel configurations, and the INDIGO gateway range for hybrid SDI and IP infrastructures.

Suzana Brady, SVP of worldwide sales and marketing, said: “Pro AV customers are looking for practical ways to transition to IP without overcomplicating their workflows. Our goal is to make ST 2110 and IPMX approachable for integrators and end users alike – proving that high-end IP workflows are no longer difficult to deploy or manage.”

InfoComm 2026 takes place in Las Vegas from June 17-19.
