Telstra Health’s MyCareManager, an integrated e-health solution recently launched in Australia, is using the Pexip Inifinity platform to provide clients with a face-to-face experience. MyCareManager assists disability, community, and residential age care providers in delivering efficient quality care from a distance.

Available through an online portal, the solution enables telemonitoring capabilities via both Bluetooth-enabled health devices and videoconferencing applications. As a result, caregivers are able to better collaborate with clinic-based specialists, more effectively manage chronic disease, and reduce travel while helping clients manage their care within their own homes.

Pexip Infinity’s videoconferencing capabilities enable MyCareManager to use both WebRTC and proprietary platforms such as Cisco and Microsoft Lync or Skype for Business by leveraging existing technology infrastructures and investments.
