The USB-400 FO 4-port hub is capable of powering multiple high-speed peripherals at distances up to 500m from the computer.
Offering immunity from electromagnetic and radio signal interference, the design is said to provide full connectivity when operating in the field, yet remains simple to install and use. The design incorporates compact sender/receiver units with the sender connecting to the computer, and the receiver connecting to four remote USB devices.
Two multi-mode fibre optic cables terminated in LC connectors provide connection between local and remote locations and both sender and receiver are individually powered.
The USB-400 FO is supplied with local connection cables.
