22Miles releases tool to offer support and wayfinding

Tradeshow AI Assistant designed to help organisers to design their signs and update them, and it assist attendees in navigating complex venues

22Miles, a provider of digital signage software and interactive digital solutions, has released Tradeshow AI Assistant, a conversational AI-trained tool that provides  support to organisers and attendees via a chat interface. The solution relies on generative AI, integrated with the company’s 3D Wayfinding App and content management capabilities.

Tradeshow AI Assistant has been developed to alleviate the pain of tradeshow organisers who spend a lot of time designing, proofing and printing physical signs. By the time a show begins the information is often outdated, 22Miles says.

It also provides real-time event information and wayfinding that attendees can interact with in any language. It helps them to find exhibitors, meeting rooms, sessions and amenities in complex, large venues.

“Our solution uses natural language processing to understand attendees’ questions, no matter how they’re phrased, and give useful, real-time answers, just like a human information desk representative,” said Joey Zhao, CEO and founder, 22Miles.

The multilingual support was developed using AI trained on event-specific data. Attendees can activate it at a kiosk, or with a simple QR code scan on their mobile devices, then engage with the chat feature using text, or voice prompts, in their native languages. The solution aggregates data and organisers receive a post-show engagement report with insights into attendee inquiries, support requests and chatbot usage.

22Miles has invited a limited number of tradeshow organisers to employ the 22Miles Tradeshow AI Assistant free for one year, complete with show support.
