Audiovisual accessory manufacturer Vision has refreshed its online Navigator Training. The course is a 28-module in-depth AV training resource, free to resellers. It can be found at www.visionaudiovisual.com/training.
Each session is based around a Vision product – including mounts, enclosures, wallplates, speakers and visualisers – and explores technical information and terminology around that theme. It is designed to complement InfoComm training and gives a benchmark level of technical, sales, and product training.
Vision has designed the course to help its distributors and resellers meet appropriate technical standards. It describes the course as a credible professional development tool, Vision encourages resellers to put their current staff through it as well as making it part of the standard induction process for new starters. Vision’s distributors can also conduct training sessions for resellers on request.
Each session is each about three minutes long and is embedded with five multiple-choice questions, which are submitted to Vision automatically. Resellers who complete the course and hold minimum levels of stock will be listed on Vision’s website as accredited Vision Navigators.
